BizConnect provides digital products and services, including digital business card creation, customization, and subscription-based access. As these services involve digital design, hosting, and configuration, once the service is initiated, resources and efforts are allocated immediately.
· Before Service Activation:
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the digital card design process begins. In such cases, a full refund may be issued after review.
· After Service Activation or Delivery:
Once your digital business card has been created, customized, or activated, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund, as the service is considered rendered.
· Subscription Cancellation:
For recurring subscription plans, users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
· Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
o Duplicate payment made for the same service.
o Technical issues or service errors that prevent delivery of the digital business card, verified by our support team.
o Cancellation approved before project initiation (as stated above).
· Refund requests must be made within 7 business days of the transaction date.
· All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
· Custom design services, branding packages, and add-ons (such as premium templates, domain linking, or analytics features) are non-refundable once delivered.
· Promotional or discounted purchases are also non-refundable.
